1 (14 oz.) can artichoke
hearts, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can diced green
chilies
1 heaping cup Monterey Jack
cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Mix all of the ingredients
together. Place in a baking dish. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, until bubbly and
brown on the edges. Serve with tortilla
chips (my favorite) or your favorite crackers.
Serves about 12.
