Easy and quite forgiving   my new fav fav Sourdough bread recipe as the artisan loafs are great, but you can only do so many until you need practical every day SD bread.

I added some food coloring on St. Patricks day 

everyone is loving this bread option - - -

I usually double in the Bosch (maxes it out!!) and make 4 loaves.  Why not -
